When I look back, it is obvious that from the beginning I was meant to be a coach. Growing up I was the confidant, the counselor with plenty of ideas and observations. I showed empathy and always saw the potential in people. I was very much interested in learning about what events and opportunities had shaped people's lives.
However, back then, at 18, I had no clue what defined me, what my values were, how they could help me lead my life, and I had never heard of the concept of setting goals for myself. I thought only businesses did that...
