When I first started working with Isabelle I was stuck. Paralyzed by my inability to see the disconnect between my needs and my current situation. Through our work together, I was able to better understand my needs, as well as those of others. More so I learned tools to help me become a more balanced, resilient and non-judgmental person along my development journey."

"Before getting in touch with Isabelle, my biggest problem was lack of clarity regarding my life/work balance, work schedule and well-being schedule. I was stuck for months to years on some of these issues!
The sessions with Isabelle brought EXACTLY what I needed to move to the next step of expanding my business and having a healthier life/work balance: Support to grow my vision for my professional life and the accountability I needed to move forward. I also was supported to have greater clarity around the barriers to that vision and to look for ways to work with my personal life instead of against it.
Now I feel much more comfortable where I am at, professionally and personally. I have learned, with Isabelle's support, to honor my life, who I am, and how I want to be in this world."
"Isabelle helped me identify clear goals and stick to them. Her coaching process helped me explore and consider new options for my professional life. I recommend Isabelle for her positive attitude and for her focus on results."
"Isabelle has a very nurturing and gentle nature that gave me the opportunity to become vulnerable enough to let my true authentic nature come forth into focus. My time spent with Isabelle was grounding and thought provoking and helped me get back to the fundamentals of creating balance, inner peace and satisfaction!"

"I have ADD-Inattentive Type (Chronically Disorganized); also struggle with Fibromyalgia Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Chronic Myofascial Pain. I deal with a lot of Fibro Fog.
Before having Isabelle as a Coach, life was very frustrating – I kept losing things and having to replace them, only to run across them later while looking for something else. I felt very incompetent and somewhat useless.
Coming to coaching, I wanted to have a little control over my life; I wanted to get things done. Somehow I couldn’t figure out on my own how to accomplish that, although I tried very hard.
Coaching with Isabelle has helped me on so many levels: I feel better about myself, I am developing habits that help me reduce clutter, frustration, and improve my outlook. I’m less overwhelmed, and more patient.
Isabelle is a very patient person, and thinks about the positive aspects, which is encouraging. Yes, I may not finish a project from start to finish in one sitting; however, I can now be happy with what I have accomplished, knowing I will continue to work on it. I’m learning to reward myself.
Isabelle is a master question-asker! She has helped me become aware of thoughts and beliefs I had that kept me stuck, and she has encouraged me to dig inside and find more powerful beliefs to replace the ones that didn’t serve me well."
"My child has struggled for a number of years with academic success, despite his high-test scores. Coaching was a last effort to help him get on track to a successful post-secondary education.
What we experienced as parents was that our child had a support system, was able to discuss his struggles with a supportive outsider.
Isabelle was able to assist my child in developing and maintaining organizational habits that could be used for his whole life, not just while attending school. With Isabelle’s encouragement he was able to sustain his good habits.
We are very grateful for Isabelle’s hard work and dedication."

Working with Isabelle helped me see that there is hope when you are living a life of untreated adult ADHD-ADD. ADHD Coaching is an alternative. Her generosity, caring, and compassionate heart was shining through the pain and brokenness that I brought to our sessions as she helped me find new ways & opportunities through it.
I was going through a transition in my life pertaining to transitions in careers and relocating to a new city. Isabelle met with me over 12 weeks during the snowy winter months of 2013 and helped me step onto the next stepping stone in life where I'm standing now.
As in life, there is currently another stepping stone that I must step forth on, but I do so now with some of the tools Isabelle helped me cultivate during our weekly Skype coaching sessions, and the encouragement given as I set forth to a new city, to a new career in my adult life.
I highly recommend Isabelle as a coach of attention deficit disorder. She is highly experienced and I will be referring people to her as I meet them through this journey called life."
