As the client, you will come to each session ready to explore whatever is willing to show up:
a long term goal, a small project, an unexpected issue from the past few days, a fear, a need...
We talk about what is on your mind, in your heart and on your agenda.
I will also provide you with some tools to help you get the most out of our time together, by preparing and recapitulating the key elements of your work during the sessions.
- WHAT IS MY JOB?
As the coach, I will come to the session ready to give you my full attention, compassion, acceptance, honesty and unconditional encouragement.
In addition, by asking specific questions and mirroring you, I will help you gain new awareness and learning about the situation at hand, and help you find options to make it what you want.
With a broader and clearer perspective on your options, you will then be more able to decide what step is appropriate for you and have the focus/inspiration to follow through.

As partners, I am not here to tell you what to do, but to help you get clarity on what you think is best for you to do and how best to do it.
Week after week we monitor your progress through actions and goals you set for yourself. We regularly reassess the situation and adjust your actions as necessary.
