When I look back, it is obvious that from the beginning I was meant to be a coach. Growing up I was the confidant, the counselor with plenty of ideas and suggestions. I showed empathy and always saw the potential in people. I was very much interested in learning about what events and opportunities had shaped people's lives.
However, back then, at 18, I had no clue what defined me, what my values were, how they could help me lead my life, and I had never heard of the concept of setting goals for yourself. I thought only companies did that...
During the next 20 years, I attended several universities and took numerous classes and seminars. I flirted with many careers and ended up with an MBA, and a certificate in Interior Design.

I am an AAC certified coach from the ADD Coach Academy (accredited by the International Coaching Federation) and I am now pursuing the next level certification. I am a member of the San Diego Professional Coach Alliance, as well as of the ADHD Coaches Organization and ADDA.
During all those years, I also collected jobs from a variety of professions: Customer Service, Management, Human Resources, Interior Design, Teaching and Coaching.
I have lived in Belgium, Spain and the USA. I have a wide range of hobbies (writing, reading, biking, hiking, gardening, mandalas, spirituality, creativity, health, life and death, ecology etc..) love languages and speak French, Spanish and English fluently. I am an eternal learner and thrive helping and seeing others grow and become happier.
Needless to say I have often had to restart at zero, ask myself important questions and work on a new goal. As a foreigner living abroad, I have also often experienced being the one who is somehow different.
A few years back, a dear friend of mine referred me to a person in need of coaching and told me: " I am sure you can help him. Give it a try." I was touched by the trust she was showing me, but I was also very much scared and excited. Instantly, I also recognized what a gift she was giving me... the opportunity I had been waiting for all my life. This was also the beginning of my exposure to ADHD.
Today, with full awareness of my natural strengths, clear goals and with my rich personal experience, I am excited to accompany others in their own search for happiness, focus, achievement and fulfillment in their professional and personal lives, and to carry a message of hope and acceptance of each other's needs and differences.
